This article is talking about how can we do with a great service, just 3 easy steps. here are three commandments you can follow to ensure my next column is not a public complaint letter about your company.
1.thou shalt not get snippy,
2.if thou cant't help me, find someone who can.
3.Thy"customer service " means nothing if you don't solve the problem.
I think when you face this problems, It's not
easy to slove. Because you got to face different kind of people whose you are service to.When was the last time you got off the phone with a customer service representative and thought, "That was an enjoyable and helpful experience"?
