Newsroom hot topic: New Starbucks rules and longer lines

Here's the gist: The Journal reports that customers have complained that Starbucks has turned into more of an assembly line than a coffeehouse and therefore baristas are being told to focus on no more than two drinks at a time.

So in the story, baristas are worried about longer lines because of the change. And apparently rightfully so, since tests have been confirmed the increased wait time. That's in Minnesota.

Back here in Chicago, in our newsroom, some of us point out that we're fine with spending less time being oooohed and ahhhhed while the drink is being made if we're in and out quickly with a delicious experience.

 

 

 

In my opinion : I like Starbucks coffee, but If I wait a long time to got this cuo of coffee, I feel very bad！you know, I would spent money and more times to enjoy this coffe, that's very worthwhile！
