Christopher Travis didn't heed his mother's advice when she told him to stop hanging out with people who were up to no good like the gangs.
On Tuesday evening, a 12-year-old friend and a 19-year-old man Travis all were hit in the drive-by shooting about 6:15 p.m. in the 6500 block of South Drexel Avenue, police said. Travis was a quiet and kept to himself. He loved to play basketball and football and was on his school's teams for both, his mother said.
In my opinion, Travis should listen to his mother's advice so there is nothing happen like this. Listening to parents is very important and don't get involve to the gangs. Thats the worst part in life.
